Peabody PCS-PLUS Pump Containment Enclosure

Peabody PCS-PLUS enclosures are lockable, weatherproof secondary-containment cabinets with room for more than a single feed pump. They hold multiple pumps, controllers, piping manifolds, coupon racks, sampling stations, drums or hazardous-waste collection, in UV-stabilized rotomolded polyethylene that won’t rust or corrode.

PCS-PLUS 2

• Front-opening lockable doors with dual windows, plus a hinged top hood for servicing.
• Bottom suction port for routing tubing straight up to the pump.
• All non-metallic, corrosion-resistant hinges on doors and lid.
• Standard controller mounting plate; integral supports for coupon racks and piping manifolds.
• Bottom sump drain connection for spill-capture compliance; integral anchoring points on bottom and sides.
• Available as a complete enclosure or base only, each with or without a divider.

PCS-PLUS 4

• 44" x 52" footprint with a 4,000 lb uniform load rating, sized for large pumps or several pumps together.
• 66-gallon containment sump with optional overflow drain, enough to store two 55-gallon drums or 60-gallon tanks.
• Sturdy back wall for manifolds, control panels and calibration columns, with an optional Unistrut mounting package.
• Large lockable swing doors with heavy-duty windows and a liftable top hatch.
• Forkliftable base with molded anchor inserts; standard internal grating keeps equipment above the sump.
• Rated -50°F to 140°F, with up to a 20-year outdoor service life.

Dimensions

Standard colors are blue, blue/gray 2-tone, natural and gray; custom colors and molded-in branding are available on request. Optional accessories, sold separately, include controller plates, divider shields, a fiberglass stand for the PCS-PLUS 2, Unistrut kits for the PCS-PLUS 4, and circulation fans, heaters and air conditioners for climate control.
