Peabody PCS Pump Spill Containment Enclosure

Peabody PCS Pump Spill Containment Enclosures put a full 360° barrier around chemical feed pumps. If a diaphragm ruptures, an elastomer wears out or tubing splits, the hinged cover keeps spray inside and the built-in sump catches the spill, protecting operators and the surrounding area. The cover also shields pumps from weather and unauthorized hands.

• Linear polyethylene construction – corrosion-proof with broad chemical compatibility; molded-in ribs add rigidity. 240 lb load rating.
• Integral sump with front drain ports – drains in both front corners let you empty captured chemical or pipe to a drain for containment compliance.
• Raised mounting platform – keeps pumps, wiring and tubing above any liquid in the sump.
• Optional divider shield – separates pumps feeding different chemicals so a leak on one side can’t mix with the other.
• See-through inspection port – check pumps before opening the cover.
• Sidewall openings for suction, discharge and electrical, with room for a pump controller.
• Mounting hardware included – (4) plated steel anchor lugs with fasteners for wall or deck mounting. Units can be mounted side by side for multi-pump installations.

Models

Standard colors are blue and natural. Custom colors and molded-in company logos are available on request. Optional accessories, sold separately, include FRP stands, security locking kits, weather strip gasket seals, controller mounting pads and a leak detection sensor.
